Together, 4CE endeavors to both advocate and represent within its members the beauty of diversity across musical styles, regions, cultures, and racial identities, as well as to promote common values, inclusiveness, and harmony through its musical performances and community and education work. This is our mission.

As a new founding ensemble, 4CE has already secured many performance opportunities as well as established international collaborations with other professional associations. These opportunities include: performance in the New In November 8 Festival that hosted by the Hartford Opera Theater, residency in both the Opus 1 International Music Festival, and in the Nova International Youth Orchestra Academy in China in August, 2018.
